Proprintwear will accept the return of all merchandise accompanied by a copy of the original invoice regardless of why the merchandise is being returned. Unconditional returns must be post marked within five (5) days of delivery. All unconditional returns shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee based upon the full order price and a secondary shipping fee equal to the original shipping fee.

In the event of claims of defective merchandise, not related to shipment by a transportation service provider, a claim must be made in writing by the customer within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to do so shall constitute complete and irrevocable acceptance of the shipment. Claims must specifically identify and detail the objections of the buyer.  The buyer is obligated to utilize the United States Postal Service for all returns and/or the least costly method of shipment.


Upon review, Proprintwear may accept for refund defective merchandise. The customer shall ship the authorized merchandise within seven (7) days to Proprintwear, 5507 Nesconset Highway, Suite 10, PMB 163, Mount Sinai, New York 11766. 


Merchandise approved for return, must be returned in the original carton, in good condition, and includes all packing instruction/material, if any. A copy of the original invoice must also accompany the return. Merchandise returned with a Product Return Number shall receive a full refund, including the purchase price, delivery charge and return shipping chargers.  


Proprintwear’s Custom Product Orders: Custom Products required a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to start the design process which will be applied to the first order. Once the Custom Design has been approved the order must be paid in full inclusive of the estimated shipping fees to begin the production process. Only Custom Products that are defective may be returned. All other products are final sale and not returnable, refundable or in any other way credited. All Sale and/or Discontinued products are final sale and not returnable, refundable or in any other way credited.

No returns will be accepted on special orders, unless determined by Proprintwear to have been defective merchandise.
No claims shall be made except for defects therein for non-conformity with some material provision of the order due to dye lots or substitutions.


In all cases, the buyer agrees that compensation shall be limited to not greater than the value of merchandise purchased and the associated delivery charges.
